Receive 5 hours of dedicated support during active labor when things are getting tough. Allow your birth partner to step out, rest and recover for delivery.

Postpartum Nutrition is crucial. Your body needs warm, nourishing foods after delivery. I bring a warm meal for 2 to the hospital after delivery.
